Quarterback Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens left early in Week 4 with an ankle issue and is currently day-to-day, potentially missing their upcoming game against the Falcons. Quarterback Marcus Mariota of the Washington Commanders suffered an MCL sprain in Sunday's loss, likely sidelining him for Week 5's matchup against the Giants. Wide receiver Ja Marr Chase of the Cincinnati Bengals also left Week 4 with a concussion and is considered questionable for their next game. These injuries, along with others, could significantly impact the performance of fantasy football players who have drafted these quarterbacks and wide receivers.",
