"account": "On Friday night, Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports, disclosed that Andrew Marchand of The Athletic had been set to report that Portnoy had been removed from Fox's Big Noon Kickoff. Portnoy suggested that Ohio State and head coach Ryan Day were behind his removal. Portnoy said he discovered the situation when Fox called him on Thursday. The Barstool Sports founder claimed that Ohio State had objected to his participation in the show from the beginning, leading Fox executives to visit Columbus and watch a highlight tape of Portnoy's criticism of Ohio State and Day. This displeased Ohio State, which allegedly denied his admission to the stadium and even prevented Barstool's show from going to Columbus. According to Portnoy, Ohio State complained to the Big Ten, who then communicated with Fox, causing complications for the sports network. Portnoy further stated that Ryan Day appeared to believe Portnoy had \"doxxed\" him, not realizing that the information was already widespread within the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry. Portnoy expressed disappointment in the inability to smooth over the situation and questioned the value of continuing the partnership, given the significant financial investment involved.",
