"account": "The sinking of a Turkish-owned commercial vessel in Romanian waters off the coast of Tulcea County, Black Sea, has been attributed to a Russian drone attack by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Two people were killed, and another one was injured in the incident. The ship, which was carrying grain and had passengers from Azerbaijani and Indian nationalities on board, sank after a fire broke out on board. Romanian authorities were alerted at around 11 a.m. local time, and the Coast Guard responded promptly. Eleven crew members were rescued, and two deceased individuals were located via helicopter airlift. The cause of the fire remains unidentified, but Romanian media reports suggest the ship was targeted by a Russian drone. This incident highlights the ongoing security concerns in the Black Sea, a major commercial shipping route, which has seen an increase in war-related objects in recent years. The Ukrainian government has repeatedly called for de-escalation measures in the region, but Russia continues to resort to attacks on civilian vessels, putting maritime trade at risk.",
