"account": "Leipzig, Germany has seen the opening of a new production facility for US defense contractor Covenant. The company has set up a factory to manufacture long-range missiles, specifically the \"Anthem\" weapon system. Covenant plans to begin production of these missiles in 2027, with the first year targeting 1000 units for production in Leipzig, Germany. The company anticipates increasing this number to 5000 units in the following year. Covenant president Michael Kaufman stated that Leipzig will be the company's largest global production site, serving as the primary supplier for European customers. The facility is expected to employ hundreds of people in the future. Apart from Leipzig, Covenant also maintains factories in Dallas, Texas, and Israel. The \"Anthem\" missile can carry a 200-kilogram warhead, designed for precision strikes deep into enemy territory, known as \"deep strike.\" The assembly of these missiles takes place in Leipzig, with the actual armoring with explosives carried out on-site by the customer after manufacturing. The expansive 10,000-square-meter production hall is situated in the northern outskirts of Leipzig. Covenant has leased an existing warehouse for this purpose, and approval from authorities is still required to convert this warehouse into a production facility.",
