"account": "A man's body was discovered inside a burnt vehicle on a private farm near Olkeri-Matisia Road in Kajiado County, Kenya. The victim, identified as 74-year-old Stephen Miroro Ongeri, is a relative of former Kisii Senator Prof Sam Ongeri. Ongeri resided in the Ngong Matasia area and was believed to have died in a car accident or suspicious circumstances, although this has not been confirmed. His body was found inside a completely destroyed Toyota Fielder, which had caught fire around 7:30 pm on October 2, 2026, while parked 50 meters off the road. Witnesses reported seeing Ongeri drive away from his compound earlier that evening, and his hands were reportedly tied when his body was found. Police have not established the cause of the fire or the nature of Ongeri's death, and are open to any theories in the case. Ongeri had left his home for work at his local clinic and left behind his mobile phone and identification card at home. Police are investigating the incident and have retrieved relevant information from the National Transport and Safety Authority.",
