"account": "The Ogun State Police Command recently distributed cheques amounting to N37.9 million to the families and close relatives of deceased police officers within the state. This gesture was carried out in accordance with the Nigeria Police Force Group Life Assurance Scheme, overseen by IGP Olatunji Disu. State Commissioner of Police, CP Bode Ojajuni, distributed the cheques on Monday at the Command Headquarters in Abeokuta. The CP, who was assisted by Deputy Commissioner of Police Oliver Ezirim and other Command management personnel, emphasized that while this amount cannot fully compensate for the lives lost, it serves as a symbol of the Force's admiration for the officers' sacrifices and their dedication to the welfare of their families. The Command clarified that the beneficiaries remain integral parts of the police family. Mrs John Shito, representing the beneficiaries, expressed gratitude to the IGP and the Ogun Command for their support and assured that the funds would be wisely used.",
