"account": "Dawood Safi, 28, an Afghan refugee, has been placed under an indefinite hospital order for manslaughter after fatally stabbing a dog walker and attacking two others in a violent frenzy in west London. The attacks began at Safi's home in Uxbridge on October 27th of the previous year. Prior to the murder of Wayne Broadhurst, 49, Safi had attacked his landlord, Shahzad Farrukh, and a 14-year-old boy. At Southwark Crown Court, Mrs Justice Cutts acknowledged Safi's psychotic state but left the deportation decision to the Home Secretary. The story is being updated with more details expected to be published soon; readers can receive breaking news alerts on their smartphones or tablets via the BBC News App or follow @BBCBreaking on X.",
