"account": "According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is reportedly set to unveil several new products next week on October 13 during an event. These anticipated products include a long-awaited smart home hub with a screen, the HomePod mini, and an updated Apple TV, all featuring Siri AI as the core technology. Gurman, who wrote about this in his Power On newsletter, noted that the event could happen as early as Tuesday, October 13, which would mark nearly a month since Apple’s last event, which showcased the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo. Speculation has been rife about whether these new Home devices would be unveiled through a press release alone or require a proper event. John Gruber, a well-known tech commentator, had previously dismissed the idea of the rumored HomePad being released via a press release only, stating that the product needed a keynote video and some sort of media event with hands-on demos. Gurman's latest report appears to confirm that an event is indeed planned. Should an event take place, press invitations are expected to be sent out within the next day or so. The introduction of new CEO John Ternus might also bring about changes in how Apple rolls out its product introductions, potentially diverging from established patterns.",
