"account": "A new inclusive bar has opened its doors in San Javier, marking a significant milestone for inclusion in the Region of Murcia. AIDEMAR, a non-profit organisation based in San Javier, has created this opportunity by opening Hilario y La Dama, a bar in the centre of the town, giving six people with disabilities the chance to work in the hospitality industry. The bar, which has been open since September 28, serves as a meeting point for residents and visitors, showcasing the talents and professionalism of its diverse team. AIDEMAR, the organisation behind the project, aims to demonstrate that genuine job inclusion is viable in the hospitality sector, providing not only stable employment for local residents but also a unique dining experience for all. This establishment is the first of its kind in the Region of Murcia, highlighting the importance of inclusive opportunities in both the social and gastronomic spheres. Hilario y La Dama is set to become a cherished addition to San Javier's dining scene, offering a meaningful project that merges community, opportunity, and social change.",
