"summary": "The investigation papers on the incident involving Malaysia Border Control and Protection Agency (MCBA) director-general Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain will be submitted to the Attorney-General's Chambers tomorrow, according to Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Khalid Ismail. The investigation began when two policemen reported being physically manhandled by Shuhaily at Kuala Lumpur International Airport on September 28. So far, statements have been recorded from 25 witnesses, including police officers, MCBA personnel, and airport staff. The investigation is being conducted transparently and professionally, with a conviction under Section 323 of the Penal Code carrying a maximum penalty of one year in prison or a fine of up to RM2,000. Police have urged the public not to speculate or draw conclusions about the incident, as these could jeopardize the ongoing investigation.",
