"account": "Games Workshop is searching for an IT head to lead its technological efforts for the next two years. The UK-based company, known for its popular Warhammer figures, aims to manage its global IT and customer technology capabilities under a fixed-term contract. The role involves overseeing the core technology estate, information security, major systems change, and customer-facing digital platforms, including warhammer.com. The ideal candidate should comprehend Games Workshop's current needs, anticipate future requirements, and make strategic decisions regarding technology support for long-term success. However, the task won't be easy, as the company is currently grappling with delays and overruns in its ERP and supply chain management system overhauls. The IT head will be responsible for core IT environment, information security, advising senior management on technology, security, risk, and investment, and supporting teams to tackle challenges associated with major change and ensure rapid progress.",
