The 16-year-old's first remand period ended on October 3rd, while a second remand application was submitted on Saturday. The Seremban magistrates' court granted the police permission to keep the Form 4 student in custody until October 9th, as reported by Berita Harian. Mustafah added that the investigation paper was nearly finished and would be submitted to prosecutors the following evening. The incident occurred on September 25th when the Form 2 student was injured at the sports school in Kuala Pilah. He passed away at Tuanku Ampuan Najihah Hospital on the same day. Two suspects, both 16 years old, were arrested to aid in the murder investigation.
