"account": "Jagex, the creator of the MMORPG RuneScape, has responded to the use of generative AI in a trailer for the game's Dragon Slayer 2 quest showcased during the RuneFest event. Users on Reddit noticed artificial intelligence elements such as a six-fingered hand and boots resembling Air Jordans in the trailer. Jagex disclosed that a trusted external partner, who had assured no AI involvement, produced the trailer. The company has since removed the promotional material and is conducting a review of its processes. Jagex maintains a firm stance against using generative AI in its games, artwork, or creative assets. The company's SVP of product, James Dobrowski, emphasized that the games' human craftsmanship and creativity are of paramount importance. This is not the first time concerns about generative AI have arisen with trusted partners. Jagex is working to overhaul its review processes and collaborate with community creators to ensure the quality of its updates.",
