On social media, Rahul Gandhi alleged that women protesters and journalists faced mistreatment by the Delhi Police during protests at Jantar Mantar and Saket police station. He claimed that several people were detained, cameras were stolen from female journalists, and some journalists were dragged during the incidents. Rahul Gandhi also alleged that an independent journalist, covering the protests, was allegedly sexually assaulted by ACP Vivek Bhagat.
