"summary": "Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, is taking legal action against Thames Valley Police over his arrest in February. His lawyers are challenging the search warrants used by the police during the arrest, which was related to information from the Epstein files in the United States. According to the BBC News, Mountbatten-Windsor's legal team is questioning the legality of the search warrants used at his properties in Sandringham and Windsor.\n\nThe arrest was made on suspicion of misconduct in public office, and police searched his properties at Marsh Farm in Sandringham and Royal Lodge on the Windsor estate. Mountbatten-Windsor was released under investigation after being taken to Aylsham police station. A judicial review has been lodged to examine the lawfulness of the search warrants.\n\nThames Valley Police confirmed that they are engaged in legal proceedings related to the warrants, but declined to comment further due to the ongoing nature of the case. The legal action was first reported by The Telegraph, and a court hearing has been requested to examine the lawfulness of the search warrants.",
