"account": "Britain’s former Prince Andrew has initiated legal proceedings to invalidate the warrants that prompted searches of his homes. A spokesperson for the judiciary confirmed that Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor had submitted a claim to the High Court in London, with a hearing scheduled for Thursday. The Daily Telegraph had earlier reported that Mountbatten-Windsor was contesting the legality of the searches conducted by Thames Valley Police during his February arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office. These allegations stemmed from claims that he had shared sensitive information with Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender and former associate of the U.K.'s trade envoy. King Charles III had previously stripped his disgraced sibling of his titles and removed him from his royal residence following mounting pressure over his relationship with Epstein. The king’s decision came after a series of scandals surrounding the prince.",
