"account": "A year after the Gaza ceasefire, Palestinians continue to face challenges in acquiring everyday items due to restrictions imposed by Israel. Toilet seats have become particularly difficult to find, with prices soaring and second-hand options being unsuitable. The issue extends beyond essential goods, as non-essential items such as batteries, lighters, and children's toys are also being barred from entering Gaza. This \"ghost list\" of restricted items remains largely opaque, with Israel not publishing an updated list since 2017 and hundreds of items added to the restrictions without public disclosure. The restrictions have made even simple items a struggle for Palestinians, who must go through extraordinary lengths to acquire even the most basic necessities.",
