The 46-year-old fitness influencer and reality TV star was arrested on Saturday night in Noosa after reports of alleged domestic violence. He spent the weekend in police custody before being refused bail and expected to appear in Maroochydore magistrates court on Monday. Mark Watkin, acting CEO of 28 Group, the parent company of fitness business 28 by Sam Wood, expressed shock and sadness over the incident, stating that the company has zero tolerance for domestic violence and that Sam is on indefinite leave from his duties. The couple, who married in 2018, have four daughters together, including one from Snezana Markoski's previous relationship. Wood owns and runs personal training studio The Woodshed in Melbourne, which he sold in 2022 for $71.2 million. The Australian Taxation Office has been pursuing Wood for unpaid tax debts, reportedly exceeding $7 million. He has recently launched a telehealth-based weight-loss platform called Ollo for Women.",
