"account": "The San Francisco 49ers provided updates on their injury situation following their Week 4 victory over the Denver Broncos. Safety Marques Sigle (ankle) returned to the game but had to leave again after sustaining another injury during a kickoff. Quarterback Kyle Shanahan expressed uncertainty about the severity of safety Kyle Juszczyk's (knee) injury, stating it was likely a sprain, but further confirmation would come tomorrow. Cornerback Upton Stout's (shoulder) injury was also uncertain, with Shanahan speculating it was an AC (shoulder) sprain, with a definitive diagnosis expected the following day. The team is awaiting MRI results on Monday to confirm the nature of these injuries. Linebacker Fred Warner experienced stomach pain during the first half but managed to return to the game. Wide receiver Mike Evans overcame a rib injury throughout the week, and despite not having a specific pitch count, Shanahan noted his limited exposure to avoid overexertion. Shanahan emphasized Evans' impressive performance, noting he did not show signs of discomfort despite his pain.",
