"account": "Northern senators have called for a military offensive to remove insurgents from the Kopre-Sambisa corridor in Adamawa State. The attacks on two military battalions have resulted in casualties, including soldiers, a forest guard, and civilians. The Northern Senators Forum, led by Abdulaziz Yar’Adua, made the demand in a statement on Sunday. The incidents occurred on Wednesday and Thursday at the 226 Battalion in Garkida and 232 Battalion in Garaha. The attacks have affected several communities in Hong and Gombi local government areas, resulting in loss of lives, destruction of properties, and displacement of families. The senators have urged the Federal Government and Defense Headquarters to reinforce troops in the area and adopt a unified strategy to combat the insurgents. They also seek assistance from the National Emergency Management Agency and the North East Development Commission to provide relief materials to displaced residents.",
