"account": "The African Democratic Congress Presidential Campaign Council has called for an explanation from Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum regarding a video that allegedly shows him ordering the arrest of anyone expressing support for the slogan \"Tinubu Must Go.\" The council questioned the governor's denial of ordering arrests in the past, stating that Nigerians deserve clarity on whether peaceful critics of President Bola Tinubu will be arrested. The campaign council emphasized that peaceful political expression is protected under democratic principles and that a political slogan, T-shirt, or call for a president to leave office does not constitute a crime. They urged Zulum to withdraw any directive targeting peaceful protesters and guarantee that no one would be arrested solely for expressing opposition to President Tinubu.",
