"account": "The All Progressives Congress (APC) has criticized the African Democratic Congress (ADC) vice-presidential candidate, Rotimi Amaechi, for his claim that he could not afford medication for his late mother. In a statement on Sunday, the APC's National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, accused Amaechi of becoming \"destitute\" just three years after leaving his public office. The party emphasized that Amaechi had been benefiting from public office for decades, but his financial situation changed just after stepping down. The statement read, \"The All Progressives Congress prays that the soul of Dame Ezinne Mary Oduah Amaechi continues to rest in perfect peace. Amen.\" The APC further expressed concern over Amaechi's inability to provide for his mother's healthcare needs, stating that the former governor's recent confession highlighted his unsuitability for the vice-presidential position. The party urged employers in Amaechi's hometown to find him employment that could sustain his family financially.",
