"account": "Canada coach Jesse Marsch has called for Manchester City to be severely punished and potentially relegated following breaches of Premier League financial rules. Marsch, who managed Leeds United from 2022 to 2023, stated that the disparity between the clubs was apparent during his time in England. He believes that City should face severe consequences for their actions, with a strong possibility of relegation. Marsch also expressed skepticism about City's signing of Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund, calling it \"like, Are you kidding me? Is this some kind of joke?\" The American coach was also skeptical about Manchester City's use of sham commercial contracts to inflate revenue and understate costs by over £900 million. City has denied all allegations and filed an appeal against the independent commission's ruling. Potential sanctions, if imposed, could include fines, points deductions, and other sporting penalties.",
