"account": "Adrian Meronk, from Poland, celebrated his triumph at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship by weeping tears of joy on Sunday. The 33-year-old emerged victorious with a two-stroke margin, outscoring his rival Casey Jarvis. Meronk capitalized on Jarvis's failure to maintain his two-shot overnight lead, as the South African faltered with a final round score of 72. Meronk's final round saw him shoot a 68, giving him a tournament total of 20-under par. His strong start included a nine-under 63 in the third round on Saturday and three birdies in the opening five holes of the penultimate group. Meronk's win marked his fifth DP World Tour title, his first since 2023. He expressed his overwhelming emotion, stating, \"It's unreal, to be honest. I never usually cry, but this one feels really special.\" The tournament played at three courses, concluding at St Andrews' Old Course, saw Denmark's Niklas Norgaard and Jarvis share second place, with Tommy Fleetwood finishing tied for third.",
