"account": "Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi announced that municipalities in the province will swiftly implement President Cyril Ramaphosa's directives to combat Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF). During his nation-wide address on Tuesday, Ramaphosa outlined a four-point plan to tackle GBVF. Among the directives, he instructed every municipality to conduct a women's safety audit within 60 days. Lesufi addressed attendees at the National Prayer Day organized by the ANC Women's League in Ekurhuleni. He stated that officials from municipalities across Gauteng met on Friday to discuss the implementation of the directives. Lesufi affirmed that the government led by the president would never claim to lack funds to protect women and children in Gauteng.",
