"account": "Paul Finebaum is convinced that Deion Sanders' coaching era at Colorado is over following the Buffaloes' 29-7 defeat to Texas Tech, according to his latest comments on The Matt Barrie Show. Formerly leading Colorado to nine wins in 2024, the program has struggled since key players Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter joined the NFL, falling to a 1-10 record in Big 12 play. During Saturday's game, the offense allowed four interceptions, with the final one being returned for a touchdown by Red Raiders linebacker John Curry. Finebaum believes Sanders' coaching tenure has reached a critical point, stating, \"When the last image of a program's last breath is your quarterback in his own end zone throwing a pick-six, it's over.\" The ESPN pundit predicts that Sanders' coaching tenure in Boulder will conclude either gracefully or in a spectacularly bad manner, with the program losing its relevance. Finebaum admires Sanders but acknowledges that the charismatic leader cannot revive Colorado's fortunes, noting, \"He's the most charismatic figure we've seen in this game in a long time, but you can't keep going. Even with the beginning of the season that went well for him, nothing has gone right, and you cannot get it back.\"",
