"account": "Kenny Dillingham, the coach of Arizona State, has been candid about the team's recent struggles following a heavy defeat against Baylor. The Sun Devils, who have been one of the most competitive programs in the Big 12, suffered a 55-19 loss to Baylor, with the latter's physical play overwhelming ASU's defense that had been among the best in the country. Dillingham admitted that he is letting the team down by not maximizing the potential of the roster he has been given. He emphasized the need to play to the maximum ability of the football team and to play above that standard. Dillingham, who took over the program in late 2022, initially guided ASU to three wins in 2022, but the team's performance dipped in the following seasons, culminating in a 8-5 record last year. However, the team bounced back with an 11-3 season and a Big 12 title in 2024, reaching the College Football Playoff. Despite these improvements, Dillingham is now focused on identifying why the team is falling short of its potential and how to rectify the situation. The upcoming schedule, featuring tough games against ranked Big 12 rivals, adds to the challenges ahead for the Sun Devils.",
