"account": "A boat accident on the River Benue has resulted in the recovery of five bodies, leaving six individuals still missing, according to reports from Saturday's incident near the Buriku crossing in Benue State. The wooden vessel was transporting passengers returning from a burial ceremony across the river when it capsized early Saturday morning. Over 120 passengers were rescued following the mishap, with 11 initially reported missing. However, the search for the remaining victims continues. Saai Oryina, spokesman for the Tombo Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (TMWUN), disclosed on Sunday that the five recovered bodies belonged to people from the Mbayion area in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State. Initially, rescuers had believed seven people were missing, but the number increased to 11. Oryina assured that efforts were ongoing to locate the remaining missing individuals, attributing some of the challenges in water transportation in the state to passengers' refusal to wear life jackets despite the inherent risks associated with boat travel.",
