"account": "Police have registered a case against M.K. Nikesh Kumar, a member of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) State committee, over alleged threatening remarks directed at the District Police Chief, A.P. Shoukath Ali, during a protest on October 2, 2026. The charges stem from remarks Nikesh Kumar allegedly made while addressing a march organized by the DYFI district committee, which was protesting alleged police misconduct in Delhi. According to the police, the DYFI leader threatened to assault police personnel and warned that the Commissioner would not be allowed to remain at the protest venue. He also reportedly stated that the DYFI could \"deal with\" any police officer, regardless of who was appointed District Police Chief. The police claim that these remarks were intended to undermine the morale of police personnel and hinder their ability to carry out their duties. Further actions will be determined following the investigation.",
