"account": "The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced its decision to field Dinesh Arya, a senior leader from Uttarakhand, as their candidate for the upcoming Rajya Sabha polls. The selection of Arya was approved by the BJP's central election committee. The elections to fill 12 Rajya Sabha seats are scheduled to take place on October 16. These elections will be held across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal. Ten seats are up for grabs from Uttar Pradesh, while one seat from Uttarakhand, currently held by sitting member Naresh Bansal, and one from West Bengal will be contested. Bansal's term in Uttarakhand is set to end on November 25, necessitating a bypoll in that state. The BJP currently enjoys a clear majority in the West Bengal Assembly.",
