"summary": "Iran's Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has stated that there is no military solution to the country's conflict with the US, and that negotiations are the only way to end the war. According to New Straits Times and RTE News, Araghchi warned that if attacked, Iran's response would be stronger than before. He emphasized that only negotiations based on justice and fairness could resolve the conflict.\n\nThe conflict between Iran and the US has been ongoing since February, when US and Israeli attacks triggered a war. A truce was established in April, but sporadic hostilities have continued. RTE News reported that Iran's parliament speaker, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, said that the Strait of Hormuz would not reopen until seven Iranian conditions, set out in a June interim agreement with the US, are met.\n\nIran has been preparing for potential future attacks, with Middle East Eye reporting that a new military training centre has been opened in Tehran to train citizens to confront US and Israeli forces. The centre aims to train 1,000 battalions, with footage showing army members conducting drills with camouflage-painted anti-aircraft equipment and using virtual reality headsets to train with weapons.",
