"summary": "Two men, Geoffrey Kipngetich Ngeno and Kipkurui Peter Tonui, have been arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) for allegedly impersonating a senior government official and defrauding unsuspecting members of the public. The suspects were apprehended in Narok Town while traveling in a black Toyota Prado. During their arrest, detectives recovered several mobile phones believed to have been used in the alleged scam, which will be used as evidence to establish the extent of the fraud and identify other potential victims. Both suspects are currently in custody while the investigation continues, with the goal of arraignment in court.",
