"account": "A motivational speaker linked to sexual harassment allegations has been rearrested in Perlis after receiving a second complaint, according to police. The 19-year-old woman who lodged the latest report alleged similar acts of harassment as in the previous case, reported Berita Harian. Perlis police chief Hamzah Hashim stated that the suspect was arrested by the Kangar district criminal investigation department's intelligence and operations team for further investigation. The current case is being investigated under various sections of the Penal Code, Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and the Minor Offences Act 1955. If convicted, the suspect could face up to five years in jail, a fine, or both. The education minister has ordered the immediate cessation of all school programs involving the speaker following the allegations that spread on social media.",
