"summary": "The Matatiele mayor has expressed concern over a Facebook group called “Vela Star Wam” which has reportedly targeted men in the Eastern Cape town with humiliating and derogatory commentary about their private lives. The group, which uses colloquial Nguni language, has exposed intimate details about men’s romantic and sexual relationships, including claims about their sexual performance. Some men have been described as “Amaqhude”, a derogatory term for men alleged to experience premature ejaculation. The group has reportedly led to conflict and damaged personal relationships, with some men learning about allegations concerning them through their children. The municipality has called for government institutions to intensify public education on cyberbullying.",
