"account": "Renowned British-American sitarist Anoushka Shankar announced the sudden cancellation of her Kuala Lumpur show tonight due to circumstances beyond her control, according to a Facebook post from last night. The show, scheduled for 8pm at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre's Plenary Hall, had been eagerly anticipated by fans, many of whom had made travel arrangements from afar.\n\nAnoushka expressed her excitement to perform in Malaysia after a long absence, but also conveyed her disappointment at the cancellation. She assured fans that her team has confirmed all ticket holders will receive full refunds and advised them to contact the promoter or their point of purchase for further information.\n\n\"I feel terrible for the disappointment and inconvenience this causes our audience, especially those of you who made travel arrangements from further afield,\" Anoushka said in her statement. \"Please know how much your support means to me, and how deeply sorry I am that we won't be able to be together as planned on tomorrow night.\"\n\nShiraz Projects, the promoter for the event, shared Anoushka's statement on their Facebook page but provided no further explanation. FMT has reached out to the firm for more details. The cancellation has left many netizens disappointed, with some questioning the lack of explanation and expressing sympathy for Anoushka's situation, suggesting it may not have been due to emergency medical reasons.",
