"account": "United States President Donald Trump has proposed imposing lengthy prison sentences on fraudsters targeting Americans through Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security programs. Speaking in a video released on Saturday, Trump warned that state and local politicians who fail to stop such fraud could be held personally accountable for the resulting losses. The proposed legislation would eliminate probation as an option for offenders convicted of the fraud and mandate minimum sentences based on the amount stolen. Repeat offenders would face doubled sentences, with the length of imprisonment increasing with the amount stolen. Trump emphasized that the measures would deter potential fraudsters and hold politicians accountable for ignoring fraudulent activities they could prevent. Medicare and Medicaid provide health coverage to eligible Americans, while Social Security offers retirement income. The President concluded his message by warning fraudsters, \"So from now on, fraudsters, we’re watching you.\"",
