"summary": "A journalist has alleged that a senior Delhi Police officer groped and pushed her while she was covering a protest at Jantar Mantar. According to The Indian Express, the journalist's complaint was initially not registered as an FIR, prompting protesters to gather outside Parliament Street Police Station to demand action.\n\nThe protest was one of several directed at Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged electoral roll discrepancies. On October 3, three female journalists reported instances of sexual harassment to the Delhi Police, which were referred to the Crime Branch for further inquiry, as per Times of India.\n\nProtesters, including AISA national president Neha Bora, activist Yogendra Yadav, and senior advocate Prashant Bhushan, were detained during the demonstration. Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi responded to the police action, alleging misconduct with women protesters, including the female journalist's allegation against a police officer.",
