"account": "John Boadu, the newly elected national chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has pledged to lead a refreshed NPP as they approach the upcoming general elections. During the NPP's delegate conference in Kumasi on Saturday, October 3, he announced that the new executives will approach their duties with humility and collaborate with every branch of the party. Boadu emphasized that their objective is to \"build a renewed NPP, one that listens and consults more.\" The newly elected officials plan to work closely with regional executives, constituents, external branches, and MPs, notably Afenyo-Markin. Boadu was joined by Daniel Titus Glover as the National Organiser, Mavis Hawa Koomson as the National Women's Organiser, Yakubu Abanga as the National Youth Organiser, and Justin Kodua Frimpong as General Secretary. Frimpong secured his position with 4486 votes in the competitive internal election. Other elected officials included Sylvester Tetteh, who was reelected as the Member of Parliament for Ngleshie Amanfro with 1340 votes, Eugene Boakye Antwi with 162 votes, and Dr. Charles Dwamena with 126 votes.
