"account": "Norhizam Hassan Baktee, known as the \"YB Hulk\", has expressed his intention to run in the Melaka election, particularly in Pengkalan Batu. However, it seems his chances of returning to the seat may be uncertain, as Bersatu, the party he is now a part of, has not yet finalized their candidate and seat selection for the election. Hishamuddin Abdul Karim, the information chief of Bersatu, stated that they have not decided on the candidates and seats for the Melaka state election, and it is not clear if Pengkalan Batu is on their list. He emphasized that Norhizam's desire to contest again is his personal view and not officially endorsed by the party. Norhizam, who was a member of DAP when he was elected to Pengkalan Batu in 2018, left the party in 2020 and ran as an independent, supporting the Umno-led government. He was among those who withdrew support for the then-chief minister, Sulaiman Ali, leading to fresh elections in 2021. In 2021, Norhizam lost the Pengkalan Batu seat to Kalsom Noordin, a BN candidate, by a margin of just 131 votes in a five-way contest. When asked about his plans for the upcoming election, Hishamuddin urged him to respect party decisions and not focus on personal agenda, as the party's survival and victory are of utmost importance.",
