"account": "Kyiv – Ukraine has decided to intensify its attacks on Russian oil refineries following Moscow's new policy of airstrikes aimed at compelling residents to abandon cities like Kyiv, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced. According to Zelenskyy, intelligence services have acquired documents indicating that Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a \"new doctrine\" instructing military forces to target a wider array of civilian objectives as the winter approaches. These documents reveal that Russian forces are authorized to strike infrastructure, logistics, and civilian areas including roads, schools, and hospitals, Zelenskyy explained in an interview. The primary goal of these attacks, according to Zelenskyy, is to pressure citizens to evacuate the capital and other cities.",
