"account": "At the Power to the People Festival, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl dedicated their performance of “My Hero” to “my new friend Jack.” Though Grohl did not disclose Jack’s full name, he was identified as former U.S. Attorney Jack Smith, who was appointed to probe Donald Trump’s activities after January 6th. Grohl wore an Iowa Hawkeyes T-shirt, a reference to Senator Eric Schmitt’s failed attempt to coerce Smith's perjury before Congress earlier in the week. During the concert, Grohl reminisced about his campaign for John Kerry and paid tribute to his late mother, Virginia. Grohl's mother was a public school teacher in Fairfax County for 35 years and always fought for the right cause. She traveled across the Midwest with her son, spreading awareness about their needs. Grohl expressed that the essence of their mission was to connect and rescue the people from their struggles. At the festival, Foo Fighters played a medley of songs, including “Times Like These,” “Young Man Blues,” “All My Life,” “The Pretender,” “My Hero,” “Best of You,” and “Everlong.” Earlier, Grohl joined Morello on stage during his set to cover KISS’ “Rock and Roll All Nite.”",
