"account": "On September 17, Suleiman, the elder brother of Isma'il Ishaq, received the devastating news that his younger brother had been shot. Isma'il, a final-year student at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University in Lapai, Niger State, was killed by a stray bullet from military personnel during a land dispute. Suleiman had been at a family gathering when his sister called to report the shooting. Despite his best efforts to reach the scene, Suleiman was stopped by security and military officers who were still present. When he finally did arrive, he discovered that Isma'il had lost two ribs and was still alive, but without any chance of survival. He held Isma'il in his arms, praying and trying to console him until around 6:40 pm when he was taken to the mosque to pray. Upon returning, Suleiman was informed that his brother had died.",
