"summary": "The governors of the six North-East states have decided to establish a regional air shuttle. This is aimed at improving the movement of people and goods across the subregion.\n\nThe North-East governors also have other development plans. They are working on establishing 10-megawatt solar power plants in each of the six states. Additionally, they are collaborating with the Federal Ministry of Livestock Development to enhance livestock production, animal healthcare, and processing facilities.\n\nBorno State Governor Babagana Zulum, who chairs the North East Governors’ Forum, emphasized the importance of continued focus on security. According to him, sustained peace is crucial for the region’s economic and social development. Daily Post Nigeria reports that Zulum attributed recent security improvements to the sacrifices of the Nigerian Armed Forces, cooperation among the states, and non-military measures like the Safe Corridor Initiative.",
