"account": "The Nigerian Navy and the Federal Government Inter-Agency Task Force on Petroleum Theft have discovered a large illegal refinery in Bonny Island, Rivers State. The facility, with a capacity of 40,000 litres, was hidden within the creeks and discovered through coordinated intelligence efforts. The Commanding Officer of the Nigerian Navy Forward Operating Base, Captain Stanley Umeh, described the find as the biggest in his tenure, noting that the operation was a result of long-standing synergy between the Navy and other security agencies. The illegal refinery was in a preparatory stage, ready for large-scale crude theft. The Navy has vowed to intensify surveillance and patrols in the area to prevent future attempts at crude oil theft, which aims to boost Nigeria's crude oil production.",
