"summary": "Yemen's military has vowed to continue targeting Houthi assets, warning that their forces are not safe from army fire. The military is carrying out operations to weaken the Houthi group, with Colonel Majed Abdullah al-Nazili, Yemen's military spokesman, stating that they are capable of executing strategic attacks against the Houthis.\n\nAccording to al-Nazili, nearly 500 military operations were carried out by the government forces in the past 24 hours, resulting in 1,540 Houthi rebels being killed or wounded, mostly in the governorate of Taiz. The city of Taiz has become a focal point of the renewed fighting, with intense fighting reported across several fronts around the city.\n\nLoud explosions have been reported in Sanaa, the Houthi-held capital, and missile, drone, and artillery attacks have targeted Houthi positions across the country. The military aims to weaken the Houthi group, with no reported casualties among government forces.",
