Both leaders discussed the impact of technological advancements, which enable officials to stay connected regardless of their location. Shettima defended the Tinubu administration's economic policies, including the removal of fuel subsidies and the unification of exchange rates. He urged Nigerians to be patient with the government's measures to alleviate economic hardships. The Vice President acknowledged the challenges faced by the populace but assured them that the current difficulties would not last indefinitely.
