"summary": "Former Health Minister Dr Bernard Okoe Boye has called on the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government to use its political power to improve the lives of Ghanaians, rather than to intimidate citizens or demonstrate its authority. In an interview with JoyNews, Dr Okoe Boye emphasized that political power is temporary and should be used to benefit the people who elect politicians. He advised politicians to remain humble and focus on showing citizens how their power can be used to create jobs, build infrastructure, and improve education. The former minister's comments come in the wake of the arrest of nurse Salomey Awitey Baffoe and broader concerns over the exercise of state power.",
