"account": "Marcus Stokes set a career-high with five touchdowns, leading Memphis to a 59-8 rout of Charlotte in their American Conference opener on Saturday. The first half saw Stokes connect with Jermane Hayes, Jemyri Davis, and Hunter Tipton on scoring passes of 93, 25, and 28 yards, respectively. The Tigers took a commanding 24-0 lead at halftime. Memphis added a touchdown via two-point conversion, pushing the lead to 24-8. They further extended their dominance with a 19-yard touchdown pass to Stonka Burnside, marking Memphis' largest win since a 59-0 victory over North Alabama on November 19, 2022. The game's start was adjusted to 11 a.m. EST from 3:30 p.m. EST due to potential inclement weather. Charlotte, currently 0-5, managed to score once when Henry Rutledge ran 75 yards for the first touchdown of the third quarter. However, Memphis ultimately secured a resounding victory. Charlotte will attempt to rebound when the 49ers travel to face North Texas next Saturday.",
