"summary": "The Nigerian Navy and the Federal Government's Inter-Agency Task Force on Petroleum Theft have discovered a 40,000-litre illegal refinery in Bonny Island, Rivers State. The operation, which involved personnel from multiple security and intelligence agencies, was carried out following actionable intelligence. Commanding Officer Captain Stanley Umeh described the discovery as the largest his team had made since taking control, stating that it was at a preparatory stage. The Navy assured residents of intensified surveillance and patrols to combat crude oil theft and increase Nigeria's crude oil production.",
