"account": "Taylor Swift has given her fans an exclusive look inside the making of her latest music video, \"Patient Zero,\" through a new \"Expanded Video\" on Apple Music. The eight-minute clip, which premiered at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, takes viewers from the beginning to the end of the video's creation, showcasing the singer's creative process, directing scenes, and sharing humorous moments with co-stars Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell.\n\nSwift, who has been eager to produce this video for a long time, describes her fascination with sleek films set in a monochromatic world. The plot of \"Patient Zero\" blends elements of a ghost story, true crime, and various plotlines from Dateline, all centered around a deteriorating marriage.\n\nDirected by Swift herself, the video features Johnson as a woman whose health declines while married to Farrell's character. Swift appears as the ghost of Farrell's ex-wife, warning Johnson about her husband and revealing his dark past. Johnson shares her experience working with Swift, noting that the collaboration went smoothly, despite the potential for friction between friends on set.\n\nThe video also highlights the chemistry between Johnson and Farrell, with the pair engaging in playful banter while practicing their underwater scene. Swift praises the cinematographer, Emmanuel \"El Chivo\" Lubezki, calling him \"the f—king goat\" for his exceptional work. Colin Farrell, playing a successful and ambitious \"narcissist\" and \"psychopath,\" praises Swift's talents behind the camera, describing her creative abilities as \"quite humbling\" and \"very moving.\"",
